Our Story
About Us
Gabe and Nikki, both born in Minnesota and high school sweethearts. They have stayed local
and are loving raising their 4 great kids. They love helping sellers understand their
options to make the best decision for their unique situation. With lots of experience in
construction and real estate, they love a good fixer upper. With easy going personality's
they help make the transactions operate smoothly from the time a house goes under contract
until the final closing. Even more than working on a great project they both love the interactions
with people and making a difference.

Sure, we love a good investment, but what really drives us is helping people thrive (and maybe making those fixer-uppers look a little less... fixer-upper-y).
